What we collect

The homepage waitlist accepts an email address and optional interest selections. The checker lead form accepts a name, email address, company, checked URL, diagnostic candidate tier, and a short generated note. A successful response does not return the submitted personal data.

Why we collect it

We use submissions to respond about Constitutional CMS, send the requested checker follow-up, and understand interest in the hosted service. The checker itself inspects only the public surface of the URL you submit. Its result is diagnostic and is not certification.

Retention

Waitlist and checker-lead records expire after 180 days. Rate limits use an HMAC-derived representation of the request IP address. Raw IP addresses are not stored by the application.

Service providers

The site runs on Cloudflare. Lead records are stored in Cloudflare KV. When configured, Resend sends the first follow-up email. Those providers may process the minimum request and delivery data needed to operate their services.

Your choices

Submitting either form is optional. To request access or deletion, contact James Gibbons through Targeted Impressions. Do not submit confidential information through the checker or waitlist forms.
